On Arrival Day
Here is what the first few hours look like so you can arrive with confidence:
→You will be greeted by your intake coordinator — a dedicated staff member who will welcome you, help with your bags, and walk you through the day.
→A brief luggage and belongings review — our team will help you settle in and confirm that everything you brought is in line with the guidelines above.
→A medical intake assessment — our nursing team meets with you to review your health history, current medications, and any immediate needs.
→A tour and time to settle in — you will see the facility, meet some of the team, and have space to get comfortable before your first scheduled activity.
