Structure that holds.
Space to breathe.
Days at Bliss Recovery are predictable without being rigid — a daily rhythm designed to reduce the stress that makes therapeutic work harder, and create the quiet that recovery actually needs.
Daily lifeAbout / A Day at Bliss
Days at Bliss Recovery are structured without being regimented. A predictable rhythm — consistent wake time, meals, therapy sessions, wellness activities, and rest — reduces the ambient stress that makes therapeutic work harder. Clients describe early residential treatment as the first time in years their days had a shape.
The schedule above is typical of the first weeks of residential treatment. As you progress, the structure adapts — more phone access, more autonomy in how unstructured time is used, more engagement with the outside world as discharge approaches. The structure loosens gradually and clinically.
